Terry A. Brooks, Esquire
Attorney Terry Brooks has resided in Central Florida since 1957. He has also been married to his wife, Chris, since 1977. They have three grown children. Mr. Brooks has practiced law in Central Florida since 1980. He was a Rotarian in the West Orlando Rotary Club from 1980-2011 and served as a director from 2003-2011. As President of the club in 2004-2005, the club was awarded District Club of the Year. Mr. Brooks was President of the Central Florida Soccer League from 1984-1985 and is a member of the league’s Hall of Fame. Presently, Mr. Brooks enjoys playing music in the aptly named, “Not As Bad As We Used To Be” band.
Patrick A. Carey, Esquire
Attorney Patrick Carey founded Patrick A. Carey, P.A. in 1992. He received his JD from the University of Florida in 1985, after receiving his B.A. in Psychology from Florida Technological University, now known as the University of Central Florida, in 1973. Mr. Carey has over 25 years of experience in debt collection and the representation of national banks. Attorney Carey has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida since 1986.
Mairim A. Morales, Esquire
Attorney Mairim A. Morales received a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. She received her JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and began her career as an attorney with the Department of Justice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She joined at Marcadis Carey, P.A. in May 2011 as an associate in the debt collection section of the firm. Mrs. Morales is currently Vice President of the firm and focuses her practice on the representation of National Banks in the collection of unpaid credit card debt. Attorney Morales is admitted to practice in Florida, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. While not practicing law, Mrs. Morales enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
